About the role! 5 days per week (8.30am-5pm or 7.30am-4pm), working from our Glendenning office as part of our energetic, passionate sales & customer service team, completing a range of customer service activities including: Processing website and emailed orders and enquiries. Providing our “First Class Service” in all customer interactions After sales service including phone and email customer follow up Operate website live chat Follow up and resolution to freight queries. About you! Enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently. Prior experience in phone-based customer service Ability to learn and retain product information Ability to meet and exceed targets including KPIs Meet attendance requirements and work without constant supervision Be well presented and reliable with honest work ethic Have excellent communication, organisational, multi-tasking and time management abilities Experience NetSuite ERP program is an advantage Be flexible with a can-do, positive attitude Produce accurate and quality work, with a great attention to detail. Effectively prioritise work and meet required deadlines. About Area Safe!
